Music Copyright in Short Films

  In the short films the music can play as important role as characters, setting, props etc. It sets a certain mood of the character so it is much easier for audience to understand his/her motifs. However each piece of music has an author who owns copyright protected by the law. It means that he/she is the only one to have the right for benefiting from the result of his intellectual activity and other people, as a general rule, can't use the work without his consent. In order to use the music of any artist or composer, it's important to sign a license agreement in which a permission is given to paste the artist's music into the film. Being late

This is the first short film where I took part in creating. It lasts just 30 seconds but I think it's a good start for filming. This video has a man waiting for another man who is very late. After their meeting they both start arguing and in conclusion the person who waited decides to leave while the late person tries to stop him from leaving. At the moment it doesn't have a sound, I'll add it later.
